Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS marketing who can build, execute, and scale digital strategies. The ideal candidate understands B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, LinkedIn marketing, content positioning, and performance optimization.
This role requires both strategic thinking and execution capability, along with team leadership and a strong sense of visual storytelling to guide the design team effectively.
Role and responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for SaaS growth.
- Lead demand generation campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Plan and optimize LinkedIn Ads and multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Build and scale the company's LinkedIn, Instagram and social media presence.
- Define ICPs, buyer personas, and positioning strategies.
- Manage marketing funnels to improve MQL, SQL, and conversion rates.
- Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and other key SaaS performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and marketing executives.
- Provide creative direction and guide the design team on market trends.
- Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys for higher conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with SaaS marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (minimum 2 years in SaaS/B2B).
- Strong experience in LinkedIn Ads and B2B performance marketing.
- Proven experience in demand generation and lead funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- GA4
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, MRR, SQL, MQL.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to guide creative teams.
