Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.
- Support employee development programs by identifying training needs and facilitating workshops.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
