Why This Role Exists
Right now, sourcing kicks off only after a role opens — which means we're always playing catch-up. Slower time-to-hire, pressure on hiring managers, and the risk of losing strong candidates. This role exists to change that.
We're building a proactive, always-on talent engine. Not a spreadsheet. Not a reactive pipeline. A structured, function-wise pool of great people who are ready when we need them.
The HR team owns ops, compliance, performance cycles, and engagement — they can't also own pipeline creation consistently. This intern will own it, end to end.
What You'll Do
90% Talent Acquisition · 10% HR Ops
Talent Pipeline Building
• Map and source profiles across CX, Engineering, and Content — across all levels
• Build and maintain structured, function-wise talent pipelines before roles open
• Run proactive outreach via LinkedIn, Wellfound, and other channels
• Pre-screen profiles against role benchmarks and flag high-potential candidates
Active Role Support
• Conduct first-level screening conversations for open roles
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Support 2–3 role closures end-to-end during your tenure
ATS & Process Hygiene
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready hiring tracker on our ATS at all times
• Tag, update, and organize candidate data consistently across every stage
• Contribute to building a reusable hiring dashboard and sourcing funnel
HR Ops (10%)
• Support day-to-day HR operations tasks as needed
• Assist with documentation, communication templates, process updates, and engagement initiatives

• You're curious about people and genuinely enjoy the process of finding the right fit
