Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B sales, IT services, and client relationship management. You will assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and data
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
- Help develop strategies for promoting IT managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology, especially cloud computing, servers, and network security
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Understanding of IT services such as Servers, firewall management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or networking basics
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or digital marketing
