About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting hiring across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support HR team in campus hiring drives and recruitment events.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment status reports.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and Recruitment as a career path.
• Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to recruitment processes and tools.

(Good to Have):

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic HR concepts, recruitment life cycle, and sourcing techniques.
• Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong networking skills and a proactive attitude.
