The Business Development Representative Talent Intelligence is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, future-ready talent pools that enable fast and accurate delivery. The role focuses on sourcing intelligence, data accuracy, and proactive talent pipeline development rather than active recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pools across multiple technology clusters
- Monitor pool health metrics and take proactive action
- Conduct intelligence-led sourcing for niche and emerging skills
- Track and optimize sourcing channel performance
- Coordinate pre-assessment and maintain quality of talent pool
- Ensure high data accuracy and regularly audit pool data
Who You Are
- 1–4 years in sourcing, research, or data-driven operations roles
- Strong pattern recognition and proactive problem-solving ability
- Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards
- High focus on data accuracy and operational discipline
- Curious about technology and evolving skill landscapes
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership
Education
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
