Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist for foreign exchange division based out of Delhi for PAN India recruitment. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Additional responsibilities include onboarding new hires, supporting training programs, and maintaining communication with teams to identify staffing needs. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the company's workforce to align with its business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and identifying top talent
• Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with candidates and teams
• Ability to support and coordinate Training programs for new hires
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Experience in working in the travel, financial services or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
