Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit OPT, CPT, F1, H1B, and STEM extension candidates through universities, job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates and track follow-ups.
  • Post advertisements on university sites, job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.), and social platforms.
  • Facilitate H1B transfers and project transfers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding of consultants.
  • Negotiate compensation packages, pay rates (C2C, W2, 1099), and relocation benefits.
  • Stay updated on hot IT skills and industry hiring trends.
  • Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for employment eligibility.
  • Work closely with sales teams and account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting and US Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of visa regulations (OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM extensions, EADs, etc.).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Familiarity with US hiring tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
