Location: Namaste Chowk, Karnal

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from clients and the internal team.
• Search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other sources.
• Call candidates and explain job opportunities to them.
• Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and interest.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.

Skills Required

• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in recruitment can apply
• 12th pass candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
