Technical Recruiter – Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various technical positions.
• Engage with candidates through calls, emails, and professional platforms.
• Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the US recruitment team to fulfil client hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong interest in learning technology and US recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a technical background.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in the recruitment domain.
