Job Description
About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT) to join our in-house recruitment team at Vizva Consultancy Services in Ahmedabad.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical domains, driving core hiring initiatives and filling key operational positions under fast-paced timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for diverse in-house IT and Non-IT roles.
- Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social platforms, and networking channels to build a talent pipeline.
- Deadline-Driven Hiring: Work efficiently under tight turnaround times and SLAs to deliver quality candidate shortlists.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary evaluations, technical/non-technical screenings, and salary negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with internal hiring managers to align on job requirements and streamline interview stages.
- Onboarding Support: Oversee candidate offer rollouts, document checks, and smooth onboarding transitions.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of core talent acquisition / recruitment experience handling both IT & Non-IT profiles.
- Sourcing Mastery: Strong expertise in using major job boards, Boolean search strings, and headhunting techniques.
- Turnaround Focus: Proven track record of closing positions quickly while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work onsite from our SG Highway office during the 03:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST shift window.
