Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines, ensuring quality hires to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring campaigns
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract large talent pools
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts
• Organize and participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and hiring events
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and progress
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring (BPO, retail, manufacturing, etc. preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience hiring for blue-collar or entry-level roles
• Prior exposure to hiring events and campus recruitment
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
