Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage hiring across the Europe region. This role is ideal for someone with 46 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of diverse European talent markets. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple European countries (from requisition to offer).
- Partner with multiple business units/ hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different European markets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and non-technical roles and perform end to end recruiter responsibilities.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.)
- Stay updated on local hiring trends, Law of the land, and market conditions across Europe
- Collaborate with HR, employer branding, and onboarding teams
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring.
- Responsible to manage governance reports/share periodic updates.
- Align with Team and Organization KPI's and objectives
Required Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), with exposure to European markets
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and geographies
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Success Factors and recruitment analytics
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience hiring across multiple European countries
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Europe
- Experience in scaling teams in a fast-growing or global organization
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Prior experience of working on MS excel
