About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst Tech Recruiter to join our HR team. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring for niche technology and digital roles, ensuring quality talent acquisition for mid to leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Digital
  • Partner with business leaders to understand niche tech hiring needs and define role mandates
  • Drive hiring for roles across Data Science (DS), Data Engineering (DE), Product, SAP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infra, and Digital Transformation
  • Source candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and passive talent mapping
  • Handle mid to leadership hiring including stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche tech talent for ongoing and future requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, ensure timely feedback, and deliver excellent candidate experience
  • Track hiring metrics, maintain ATS, and prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and insights
  • Support employer branding, talent mapping, and campus/early talent initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Min 4+ years of experience in IT & Digital recruitment (mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in hiring for DS, DE, Product, SAP, Cyber, Infra, or similar tech roles
  • Experience handling mid to leadership-level hiring
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks, role expectations, and market mapping
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and recruitment analytics/reporting
  • Hands-on with ATS and sourcing platforms (Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking ability
  • High ownership, confidentiality, and execution-driven mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience in fast-paced or consulting/startup hiring environments
  • Exposure to HR tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and talent intelligence
