Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial HR evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate engagement.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
