Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries. The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance
- Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), Boolean search, databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Prepare and post keyword-optimized job descriptions
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / recruitment systems
- Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and job portals
- Experience hiring across IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Corporate roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment
- Exposure to international hiring (UK, EU, US, or APAC markets)
- Knowledge of compliance, right-to-work checks, and hiring regulations
