We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for IT professionals. This role requires a good understanding of the IT landscape and the ability to identify the right talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
