We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for IT professionals. This role requires a good understanding of the IT landscape and the ability to identify the right talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
