Recruiter - Fresher

Job Title: Recruiter (Fresher / Entry-Level)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Recruiter (Fresher) to support end-to-end hiring and help build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are punctual, result-driven, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the ATS
