Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
