IT Help Desk
Flexis provides support for multi-vendor client systems including installations, moves, changes, deskside support and software support. Our goal is to provide quick, no-escalation-required resolutions and a personalized experience.
Security/SOC Services
Flexis provides a turnkey, 24x7 SOC-as-a-Service that combines technology and security expertise. We inspect logs, monitor and analyze clients security events in real time, provide verified threat notifications, actionable remediation plans, and responsive breach-prevention actions. Our managed security service blends people, intelligence, analysis and technology to deliver end-to-end security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined and growth-oriented HR Operations and Payroll Manager to support HR Operations (35%), Payroll Management (15%), and HR Administration (50%). This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to manage sensitive matters with maturity and confidentiality, and a commitment to process excellence.
Industry & Sector: Information Technology services and Talent Acquisition specialising in on-site technical hiring for product engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams across India. Primary job title (standardized): Technical Recruiter. This is an on-site role based in India focused on high-volume and specialist IT hiring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles: source, screen, coordinate technical interviews, and close offers for on-site positions across Indian locations.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri/Indeed) and internal ATS pipelines.
- Conduct structured candidate screening and initial technical assessments to validate skills, cultural fit, and relocation/shift constraints.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and drive time-to-hire improvements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS; generate hiring metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring strategy.
- Coordinate interview logistics, feedback cycles, and offer negotiation to ensure positive candidate experience and high acceptance rates.
