Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, along with strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills

• Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong screening, headhunting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
