Position

Team Lead – Recruitment (Executive Search)

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 5+ years

Education: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Executive Search and leadership hiring assignments.
• Source senior-level candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and market mapping.
• Manage client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

Required Skills

• Experience in Executive Search and Headhunting.
• Strong exposure to leadership hiring and senior-level recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing organization is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a recruitment consultancy, executive search firm, or staffing organization.
• Proven track record of closing senior leadership and high-CTC positions.
• Exposure to multiple industry verticals such as IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Engineering, Telecom, Government, or Public Sector recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, client management, and team leadership.
