As we expand our business and build stronger teams across departments, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and result-oriented Human Resource Recruiter who can take complete ownership of recruitment for office-based, professional, and business-critical positions.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer rollout and successful joining.
The primary focus of this role will be white-collar and office hiring across:
- Sales and Business Development
- Lead Generation and Inside Sales
- Operations and Client Coordination
- Human Resources
- Accounts and Administration
- Marketing
- Business Operations
- Other corporate and support functions
Blue-collar recruitment support may be required only for urgent or business-critical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office-based, corporate and mid-level positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management.
- Create clear, attractive and accurate job descriptions and job postings.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, WhatsApp groups, recruitment databases and other relevant platforms.
- Screen candidates based on communication, experience, job stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, career intent and role suitability.
- Conduct structured telephonic screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidate quality and suitability before sharing profiles with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, department heads and management.
- Follow up consistently to reduce interview no-shows, offer dropouts and joining dropouts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.
- Track candidate progress from sourcing to successful joining.
- Collect timely interview feedback from department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates with management.
- Track open positions, sourcing status, interviews, selections, offers and expected joining dates.
- Support urgent blue-collar recruitment requirements when required by the business.
- Ensure timely closure of positions without compromising candidate quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR hiring.
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Business Development, Operations, HR, Accounts, Administration, Marketing and coordination roles.
- Previous experience in facility management, manpower services, recruitment consultancy, hospitality, real estate, B2B services or another service-based company will be preferred.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling, candidate follow-ups and multiple active vacancies.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pressure and position closure timelines.
- Strong understanding of candidate engagement and dropout prevention.
- Mature, confident and capable of working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, target-driven, organized and consistent in follow-ups.

- Share relevant and properly screened profiles with hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews.
- Reduce offer and joining dropouts through consistent engagement.

- Take complete ownership from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
