The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as necessary.
