Recruiter & Team Leader

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations regarding hiring
• Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
