Responsibilities

Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.
Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members.
Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidates effectively.
