**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location**

Job Summary:

TheRecruiterreportsto ourDirector, Global Talent Acquisition.Primary responsibilities includecollaborating with cross-functional business leadersto qualify job searches;identifying,attracting, andscreening potential candidates for various roles within our company; Managing the interview processfor both candidates and hiring managers. This isaccomplishedwithin a defined recruitingand hiring process.Talent Acquisition results and performance are metrics drivenat both the team and individual level.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Leaders to qualifyjob searches following a structured and consistent process
  • Identify/Source talent as well asmanage job applicantsutilizingvarious recruiting tools and methodsincluding job boards, social media, networking,and referrals
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews assessingskills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Deliver a positive Candidate Experiencethroughout the talent acquisition process by providingtimelycommunication,feedback, and guidance
  • Contributeto building and promotingSyndigo'sbrand to attract top talent
  • Work closely with HR team membersand others to coordinate the hiring and onboarding process to assure asmooth and positive onboarding experience for the new employee
  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance, recommend improvements,and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditionsto adapt and tune recruiting practices as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulationsand company policies throughout the recruiting process

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a recruiterin a fast-paced environment, with at least4yearsofexperience(preferably a combination of corporate and third-party recruiting)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiencyin Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge andproficiencyof talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work in collaborative team environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skillswithdemonstratedability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degreein Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalentexperience)
