Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase candidate engagement

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
