Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase candidate engagement
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
