Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Gurgaon. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be tasked with building strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with HR teams, participating in job fairs, and staying updated on employment laws and recruiting trends.
Qualifications

- Experience in managing the hiring process and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Ability to coordinate with HR teams and participate in job fairs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant experience in recruiting within diverse industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
