Recruiter

The LHR Group is working with some of the top names in the country, including leading MNCs, well-funded startups, and large Indian conglomerates. We are looking for Tech and Non-Tech Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates across mid to senior-level positions.
• Understand client requirements and identify relevant talent through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
• For Tech Recruiters: handle product-focused technology roles across engineering, product, and related functions.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the interview and offer process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of mandates.
• Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Tech Recruiters must have prior experience hiring for product roles.
• Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
