UK IT & Engineering Recruiter
Location: Noida, UP | Onsite
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a UK IT & Engineering Recruiter with experience in UK recruitment/staffing.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for UK IT & Engineering roles.
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and ATS.
- Resume screening, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months–2 years of UK IT/Engineering recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good understanding of IT/Engineering roles.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in a target-driven environment.
