Job Description

  • Understand the hiring requirements across functions, with a focus on marketing, sales, and support roles within the organisation
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to define job roles, candidate profiles, and timelines for closures
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
  • Track hiring pipelines, maintain MIS reports, and share regular updates with leadership and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and freelancers for niche hiring requirements
  • Ensure employer branding is reflected across all hiring touchpoints and communication
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to drive recruitment campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and competitor hiring strategies
  • Conduct initial HR discussions including compensation alignment and role fitment
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition of candidates into the organisation
  • Work as a team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to meet hiring goals

1 – 4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience with a known organisation.

Experience in hiring for marketing, sales, or real estate roles will be preferred.

Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines effectively.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Education: Graduation / Post-graduate / MBA / Masters in HR / Business Management / Communications.

Candidates with relevant experience from Tier 1 colleges and industry exposure will be preferred.

Fluency in English and any other second language: Hindi / Marathi / Urdu will be an advantage.

Expectations: The profile is for a team player who has the aptitude and reasoning to support a fast-moving organisation.

  • He/she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ability to drive closures and meet hiring KPIs within defined timelines.
  • Strong data proficiency, reporting skills, and ability to share timely updates, insights, upline / work-groups will be an expectation from the role.
  • The candidate will be based in Pune and will work closely with multiple teams across functions, requiring coordination and adaptability.
