ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience in technical hiring, with preference for exposure to Product Engineering, Pharma Tech, or product-based organizations
- Handle niche/critical hiring mandates and deliver on specialized roles across domains
- Take ownership of leadership hiring and/or demonstrate the ability to manage senior-level roles
- Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates
- Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn & other databases
- Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis
- Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process
