Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent for clients using technology-enabled hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple domains
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS databases
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to close positions within timelines
- Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS/CRM tools
- Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry
- Manage job postings on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and company websites
- Source and screen potential candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements
- Conduct skills assessments and technical evaluations for IT candidates
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Analyze recruitment metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and results
