This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent for clients using technology-enabled hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple domains
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS databases
  • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to close positions within timelines
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS/CRM tools
  • Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry
  • Manage job postings on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and company websites
  • Source and screen potential candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements
  • Conduct skills assessments and technical evaluations for IT candidates
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and results
