Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Surat. The Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding client requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and managing applications. Daily activities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating client interviews, and maintaining regular communication with both candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves managing candidate databases, ensuring accurate documentation, supporting background verification, and assisting with offer negotiation and onboarding. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to meet hiring targets and maintain a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media for talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to engage with candidates and clients professionally.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess candidate fit based on job requirements, competencies, and cultural alignment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, recruitment metrics, and onboarding processes; prior experience in a recruitment or HR consultancy is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with industries such as Textile, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, or Healthcare is beneficial.
