Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements with hiring managers
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
