Recruiter – BPO / Non-IT (Volume Hiring)

About the Role
We are looking for high-energy, result-driven Recruiters with proven experience in BPO and Non-IT volume hiring. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for voice/non-voice process roles, manage large hiring pipelines, and ensure targets are met within defined timelines.
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Education
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in BPO / Non-IT / Volume Hiring
- Must have independently handled bulk hiring mandates
- Experience hiring for voice/non-voice, data entry, back office, customer service, or similar roles
- Graduate in any discipline
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing skills — job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
- Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and tracker management
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Prior experience coordinating with staffing vendors / third-party agencies is a plus
- Knowledge of offer negotiation and onboarding processes
