Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to engage with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and manage recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate job details via emails and calls.
• Maintain recruitment records and create job postings.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in email and scheduling tools.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus.
