Job Summary:

HUCON SOLUTIONS is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT positions
• Understand job requirements and required skill sets for various IT roles
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Meet hiring targets and timelines assigned by the team lead

Skills & Requirements:

• Any graduate / postgraduate qualification (B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, etc.)
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR domain
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work from office in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of IT roles or technologies is a plus (training will be provided)
• Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines
