Seamedu is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and support our growing hiring requirements within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Post job openings and screen resumes.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs, department heads, and management.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate documentation and support onboarding and induction.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software
Experience in the education sector or IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
