Walk-In Drive – IT Recruiter

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract staffing. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and onboarding.
• Handle IT recruitment requirements under C2H and contract staffing models.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in C2H and contract staffing.
• Strong understanding of the C2H hiring model and contract recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, candidate coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment requirements effectively.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in a relevant or equivalent discipline.

Education: BCA, B.Sc., MBA/PGDM, BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. or equivalent
