Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for the Recruitment Consultancy Vertical
- Work on client requirements across industries for mid to senior-level positions
- Understand job descriptions and client expectations in detail
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
- Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure candidate engagement
- Manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Build a strong pipeline for ongoing and future client requirements
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and timelines
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Industry
- Hands-on experience in client handling and requirement understanding
- Strong sourcing skills using portals and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mid & senior-level hiring (Manager and above roles)
- Understanding of multiple industry hiring
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
