Job Description

We are hiring for a performance-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong campaign thinking and content planning skills

This role focuses on strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients

● Plan and manage end-to-end social media campaigns

● Create content calendars aligned with brand objectives

● Coordinate with design and video teams for creative execution

● Oversee paid social campaigns

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, engagement, reach, conversions, ROAS)

● Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance data

● Present performance reports and strategy updates to internal stakeholders/clients

● Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes 

Required Skills

● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms

● Experience with Meta Ads Manager

● Knowledge of campaign KPIs and performance tracking

● Content strategy and audience targeting knowledge

● Experience handling multiple brand accounts

● Strong analytical and decision-making skills

● Excellent communication and coordination skil

Preferred

● Agency background (handling multiple clients)

● Experience working on paid social campaigns

● Basic understanding of creative direction
