Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Narwar. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and implementing strategies to attract top talent. The Recruiter will also assist in maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and resume evaluation
  • Proficiency in interview coordination and onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines effectively
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or consumer goods sector, is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
