Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Visakhapatnam. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring partners. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for fresher and early-career positions, collaborating with colleges and training partners, and supporting managed placement programs. The Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. The role also includes close coordination with internal teams to align hiring plans with client needs and program timelines.
Qualifications

• Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with colleges, students, and client organizations.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring drives, pipelines, and reporting activities.
• Basic data and technology skills, such as using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with early-career candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam and travel locally to partner colleges or hiring locations when required.
