As a recruiter, the main role is to find eligible candidates suited for various roles in the organisation and helping the company in recruiting them.
Responsibilities
- Finding best suited candidates using various means, approaches and networking
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Finding best suited candidates using various means, approaches and networking.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Good networking and approach system.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
