Job Description

As a recruiter, the main role is to find eligible candidates suited for various roles in the organisation and helping the company in recruiting them.

Responsibilities

  • Finding best suited candidates using various means, approaches and networking
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Finding best suited candidates using various means, approaches and networking.
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.

Qualifications

  • Good networking and approach system.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
