Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H and permanent positions.
• Source candidates for niche IT skills, including SAP modules, Oracle, Cloud technologies, ERP, Full Stack, Java, C++, DevOps, and more.
• Ensure consistent monthly closures for recruitment roles with high-quality delivery.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment rounds: L1 & L2 (Video Call), L3 (Salary discussion and benefits).
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Manage recruitment operations while working remotely with a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
