About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring process, primarily focusing on initial candidate screening. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of recruitment experience who can efficiently evaluate candidate fit, manage pipelines, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (skills, communication, experience, and role alignment)
- Manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming roles
- Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback
- Ensure quick turnaround time in screening and interview coordination
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively during screening rounds
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation roles (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with hiring for performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
- Experience working with remote or international teams
