About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring process, primarily focusing on initial candidate screening. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of recruitment experience who can efficiently evaluate candidate fit, manage pipelines, and ensure a smooth interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (skills, communication, experience, and role alignment)
  • Manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming roles
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback
  • Ensure quick turnaround time in screening and interview coordination

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates effectively during screening rounds
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation roles (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hiring for performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
  • Experience working with remote or international teams
