Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Recruiter specializing in Pharma and Regulatory roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and quality domains. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharma industry, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma and Regulatory roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Handle hiring for roles such as:
- Regulatory Affairs (CMC, Publishing, Labeling)
- Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Clinical Research (CRA, Clinical Data Management)
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and domain expertise
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche Life Sciences talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline health)
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences / Pharma recruitment
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, PV, and Quality domains
- Proven experience in hiring for niche and mid-to-senior level roles
- Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in service-based or consulting environment
- Exposure to global hiring (US/EU/APAC markets)
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
