Job Description

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, both online and offline
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring, preferably in Sales, BFSI, Blue Collar, or Manufacturing
  • Previous experience in a staffing consultancy is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software (such as ATS)
  • Good understanding of recruitment marketing techniques and best practices
  • Experience with social media and job boards
